Responsible in preparing quotations and proposals; assisting clients based on their company needs; handling organizational and clerical tasks such as updating and maintaining documents, databases. Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced. Monitor and maintain office supplies. Helping organizing and maintaining office common areas. Processing the payment of billings and application or renewal of Company’s Business permits, licenses, insurances, etc. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
